About the Event
Stråla is a movement based approach to yoga that uses the healing principles of Tai Chi and Shiatsu. Moving like water fueled by the breath, flowing with ease through simple and challenging moves alike. A moving meditation that helps you find your natural flow connecting mind and body.
In this 1-day workshop we will explore the principles of natural movement, a unique opportunity to soak up in the Stråla mindset and principles. We will spend a full day learning some of the Stråla ‘secrets’ of responsive movement. Here one, you are a ‘super healing machine’, most times we just need to get out of our own way to find better ways to support our mind and body. Second, it is all about the HOW of movement not the endpoints. But of course, there is a huge leap between KNOWING and DOING, so hey, come and join us. Let’s do this together.
The day will start with a super fun ENERGISE flow, followed by group discussions, movements break-down, individual, partner and group work. We will finish with RELAX to get you ready for a great sleep.
The workshop will take place in a beautiful space in Hope Street, Liverpool, very near the University of Liverpool, with lots of cafes and places worth visiting nearby.
